Musical Performance Born in Altai Siberia, Russia, Oksana (Oksana Yurievna Kolesnikova) was introduced to the piano at a very young age. She started her first lessons in Kazakhstan and won her first piano competition at age 9. She relocated to the United States in 1993 with her family. Oksana studied classical music for 17 years, graduating with honors from Florida State University in August 2001. She has since performed hundreds of concerts within the U.S. and abroad. Inspired by the legendary Liberace, Oksana sports a repertoire of great music to please three generations of music lovers. She has released six CDs to date and is currently recording 'The Best of Both Worlds' inspired by the works of Grammy award winning fine artist Jim Warren. Oksana performed in England, Greece, Spain, Italy, S. Korea, Japan, Singapore, Guam and China. |
